Requirements:
At least two years of working experience in the Automotive field
University degree
Fluent in written and spoken, Mongolian and English required
Effective oral and written communication skills,
Key responsibilities:
Oversees and monitors the team's sales plans/activities to achieve branch targets/goals related to unit sales, trade-in appraisals, deliveries, identifying prospective customers, over-aged reservations
Review the team sales progress on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to suggest a realistic forecast and accordingly modify action plans
Channelizes business opportunities and negotiates with customers to help close deals. This includes managing customer queries and suggesting potential solutions
Manage daily/ weekly activities of the showroom and monitor SA's daily activities
Review sales contracts for accuracy
Oversees and monitors Special vehicle order intake, assists Sales Consultants where necessary, and reviews order details to ensure customers are fully aware of and agree with the terms and conditions and down payment is collected in line with set policies. This includes obtaining Line Manager's approval on pricing
Monitors the KPIs for the team to meet the department's sales performance and customer service goals
Drives team to update lead-management report to facilitate management review
Plan and oversee the completion of sales campaigns and advertising and promotional activities to ensure their cost-effectiveness
Consult and advise customer to discover their needs
Provide report and data analysis
Product planning includes putting orders in the OEM system
